Returns and Cancellations

Because the majority of our products are made-to-order, we do not offer regular returns or cancellations. Please always be sure to check the product descriptions to ensure you understand what you are ordering. Some items are small in size, particularly the small world play collection, and dimensions for products are listed in the descriptions.
