This sweet little couple were inspired by my grandparents who immigrated to Canada from the Netherlands in the early 50s. Growing up they always had a pair of concrete kissing statues in the garden. The pair wear traditional dress, clogs, and hold colourful tulips. 

This pair of 3.5 inch hand painted pegs makes a sweet little toy set, or decorative ornaments for a shelf or Christmas tree.

They are made of hardwood, hand painted with non toxic water based paints, and then varnished with a matte non toxic, water based clear coat for durability. A small eye hook and string can be added to each to make then hanging ornaments if desired.
