Wet Felted Beach Scene Play Mat

This gorgeous and soft Waldorf-inspired play mat was wet felted by hand using Merino wool. Wet felting is an ancient technique for art and textile-making using friction, soap and water.  Embellishments were then needle felted by hand.

Perfect for travel, this mat can be rolled up and taken anywhere for play. This mat measures approximately 47cm by 43cm.

Play mats are recommended for ages 3+ who do not mouth objects and should be used with supervision as they include small parts that could be a choking hazard if removed.
